Bryce Hemme
Technology leader, co-founder, and engineer at heart — building teams, platforms, and products for 20+ years.
I lead Architecture & Foundational Infrastructure for R&D at Corteva Agriscience, where I set the technical vision for the systems, software, and infrastructure that powers R&D across seed development, biotechnology, and chemistry.
I'm also a co-founder and board member of The Math Agency, a mission-driven edtech startup that improves math outcomes for elementary students in underprivileged communities.
Before that, I was the first engineer on DuPont Pioneer's digital agriculture venture, built and scaled engineering organizations, navigated and led through significant M&A transactions, and grown and led teams from single digits to hundreds.
I'm a builder at heart — I write code, build teams, and start things from zero.
